  • From this weekend until the end of the summer season (1 November 2026), Line 72 will no longer run on Saturdays and Sundays. As the route between Landungsbrücken and the Elbphilharmonie is relatively short and the jetties are on the same side of the Elbe, these journeys can easily be made by underground, bus or on foot at weekends. During the week, the ferries will continue to operate as usual from Monday to Friday between Landungsbrücken, Arningstraße and the Elbphilharmonie.

The additional capacity this frees up will enable lines 62 and 64 to carry more passengers on summer weekends.

  • The Hamburg Port Anniversary will take place from 8 May 2026 to 10 May 2026.
Unfortunately, lines 72, 73 and 75 will not be running during periods of full road closures. Lines 61 and 62 will
operate exclusively between Altona/Fischmarkt and Neuhof, and Finkenwerder respectively, at the following times:

Friday, 8 May 2026 from 10.30 am to 10.45 pm
Saturday, 9 May 2026 from 10.00 am to 11.30 pm
Sunday, 10 May 2026 from 9.30 am to 7.15 pm

Should there be any changes to the water programme, the times listed may be adjusted.
