Purpose of the collection, processing or use of data:
The object of the company is to provide public transport services for passenger traffic. In the exercise of the purposes set out above data are collected, processed and used to describe the relevant groups of people and the pertinent details.

Data categories:
Customer data, employee data and data on suppliers where required.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be disclosed: Public authorities where paramount legislation requires, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG and external agencies and internal departments of HOCHBAHN.

Statutory periods for the deletion of data:
Legislation imposes many different duties and periods of preservation. At the end of these periods the relevant data are routinely deleted. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted.

Planned transmission of data to third countries:
No transmission to third countries is planned.
